What is your expertise?
I specialise in corporate law, advising on matters such as M&A, restructurings and governance for both commercial businesses and non-profit organisations. I also have a strong focus on the semi-public sector, particularly healthcare.
Why does this role suit you well?
I enjoy the variety and complexity of the work: cases that call for both solid legal expertise and a creative, pragmatic approach. I’m good at bringing structure, I like to find solutions and I value clear, straightforward communication.
What can clients expect from you?
Clients can expect careful, well-organised execution of the work, combined with proactive advice. I look ahead, flagging risks, exploring different scenarios and considering potential tax implications, to help achieve the best possible result.
What's your educational background?
I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Notarial Law, as well as a Master’s in Corporate Law (cum laude) from Radboud University in Nijmegen and I completed the Professional Notarial Training Programme.
