What is your area of expertise?
I work as a recruiter in the HR team. I quickly recognise where someone's strengths lie, what they excel at, what motivates them, and whether that matches both what is on paper and what we are looking for as a firm.

Why does this role suit you?
I've always enjoyed working with people, helping others and solving puzzles – that's exactly what recruitment is all about: finding the right person for the right role.

What can clients expect from you?
Clients don't have much direct contact with me, but they benefit from my work every day. I play my part in selecting the colleagues they do work with.

What's your educational background?
I studied Musical Theatre at a conservatoire and worked in theatre for many years. It may not be the most obvious route into HR, but it has taught me a great deal about people and communication (and, not to mention, it was tremendous fun!).
